Do I need insurance?

We would strongly recommend insurance. Do not assume that your home contents insurance covers stored goods.

Elite Storage does not provide insurance for your goods.

How do I make payments?

Payments are made via direct deposit to our bank account.

Bank details will be on the application form we email you.

Do you send invoices?

No, we do not send out invoices or statements.

However, on request we are happy to provide you with an invoice via email.

How often are payments made?

We require your set up fee and first weeks payment before we activate your unique key code for gate access. From there, you can make payments weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually in advance.

No deposit required.

What can I store in my unit?

Most things can be stored as long as they are dry, fit in the space and do not give off fumes. You cannot store perishables such as fresh food or packaged food products. Canned or bottled products are allowed. You cannot store flammable or combustible liquids or illegal goods.

Who holds the keys to my unit?

You hold your own keys. Your personally provided padlock and key secure your storage unit. We provide you with your own unique key code for main gate access.

When can I access my unit?

You have access to our facility between 6.00am to 9.00pm, 7 days a week.
